Reebonz Indonesia: Shopping Experience

Two months ago I decided to buy a wallet since my old wallet has worn out. I went to several malls and browsed several online stores, until I decided to buy from Reebonz. 

I've known Reebonz for quite some time, if I remember correctly the first time I heard about it was several years ago from my favorite show (Tried and Tested from clicknetwork.tv ? I guess...). But I usually would prefer to buy from official stores. Well, now I regret it.

The discount was crazy, I bought a Michael Kors wallet for only 2 million IDR (includes shipping). It would cost around 3.5-3.7 million IDR if I bought it at MK official store! The website looks very professional and so is the customer service. 

At first I thought I'd need to pay import tax (import duty, PPN, PPnBM, PPH etc) since they'd send the goods from Singapore, but turns out I dont! ohoho! Unlike buying things from other stores where you'll need to pay import tax if the goods cost more than 50 USD, Reebonz already take care of that, so dont worry.

An advice, DON'T buy from them if you need it fast. It took 12 days from the day I paid until they shipped my order and it arrived around a month later (I ordered it at 17 Aug and arrived at my place at 27 Sept). 

Buuuut, all the wait was worth it! It came in a really nice box tied with a ribbon, wrapped by bubble wrap so everything's still in good shape even though the package had traveled a long journey to Bali.

The wallet was also in perfect condition, everything's still wrapped, the gold's still shining and no defect seen. 

Oh, and don't worry about the authenticity, they guarantee the authenticity of every product they sell. You can also return it if you don't feel satisfied with the product, just make sure that the return tag is still attached.

Dua bulan yang lalu gue memutuskan untuk beli dompet baru karena dompet lama gue udah rusak. Gue cari-cari ke beberapa mall dan online store, sampai akhirnya gue memutuskan untuk beli di Reebonz.

Gue sebenernya tau Reebonz udah dari lama, kalo gue ga salah inget mungkin pertama kali denger beberapa tahun lalu dari acara favorit gue (Tried and Tested dari clicknetwork.tv ? Mungkin..). Tapi dulu gue biasanya lebih pilih untuk belanja di official store merk itu, dan sekarang saya menyesal.

Diskonnya gila, gue beli dompet Michael Kors cuman 2juta (udah termasuk biaya pengiriman). Padahal dompet itu kalo beli di toko harganya 3.5-3.7jutaan.Webnya terlihat amat profesional, begitu juga customer servicenya. 

Awalnya gue pikir gue mesti bayar lagi pajak impor (bea masuk, PPN, PPnBM, PPH dll) karena si Reebonz kirim barangnya dari Singapore, tapi ternyata tidak! ohoho! Ga seperti beli barang dari online store lain dimana kalian harus bayar pajak impor kalo harga barangnya lebih dari 50 USD, Reebonz sudah urusin semuanya, jadi jangan khawatir.

Saran, JANGAN beli dari mereka kalau kamu butuh cepat. Waktu gue beli, mereka butuh 12 hari dari pas gue bayar sampe akhirnya barangnya mereka kirim dan barang itu akhirnya sampai ke rumah gue sebulan kemudian (Gue beli tanggal 17 Agustus dan sampai ke rumah tanggal 27 September).

Tapiii, menunggunya terbayarkan sewaktu barangnya sampai! Mereka kirim barangnya dengan box yang bagus dan diiket pakai pita, mereka juga bungkus kotaknya pakai bubble wrap jadi waktu sampai semuanya masih dalam kondisi bagus walaupun itu paket sudah menempuh perjalanan jauh Singapore-Bali.

Dompetnya juga dalam kondisi sempurna, semua masih terbungkus, goldnya masih berkilauan dan ga ada cacat.

Oh, dan jangan khawatir tentang keasliannya, mereka menjamin keaslian setiap barang yang mereka jual. Kamu juga bisa return barangnya kalau kamu merasa ga puas, yang penting jangan kamu cabut 'return tag'nya.
